.All students in Grades 6-8 participate in a Ski Week in February each year. The students travel in their grade level group. Grade 6 will travel to Hachikogen in the Hyogo prefecture, staying at the Hotel Sansui.
All beginner and intermediate students are required to take lessons to ensure student safety and familiarity with the mountain. However, students are invited to bring their own equipment if they prefer. There will be ski lessons given to all 6th grade students on both day 1 and day 2 who are not advanced skiers. Ski lessons will be given in ability-based groups. Lesson costs for day 1 and day 2 - ¥7,350 Please note that, if deemed necessary to ensure safety, additional lessons maybe given and billed after the trip. Students will travel by bus to and from Hachi Kogen. Its recommend that students wear comfortable clothes on the bus. Students will get changed into their ski clothes once they arrive at Hachi Kogen. Wake up
Clean room, fold futons/oftons, take off pillowcases and sheets and put into a neat pile. Pack all belongs and put bus travel clothes inside, but at the top of your bag and wait for inspection. THE ROOM MUST BE SPOTLESS!
